There are so many ways one can maintain energy but do you know what works best for you?  It's all about exploring new things, failing, and trying something else.

I know building confidence is hard - it took years and lots of fails for me to realize that I'm worth it, I'm amazing and I'm valuable.  Because someone dismisses your value does not mean that you are worthless - this could be deflected anger.
