When the lightbulb goes off and you have the moment of clarity...

I have always been a person that keeps a "schedule" and follows it to a T.  But I have noticed over the past few years that I get super disappointed in myself when I don't accomplish the tasks I set out to do.

Why? Maybe I'm too hard on myself or I have high expectations.

Well I decided that I was going to try something new starting in August! It's all about living move in balance with my tasks, self care and time management!
