When your coach tells you "You're not well & you need to get your sh!t together" #ouch

Hey girl 👋🏻 It's Jennie, Your Personal Growth Coach, and it's time to LEVEL UP!

When your coach messages you and says "Hey babe, you're not well - we need to talk." Whoa...

She was 100% correct.  I was trying SO HARD to push past my emotional and physical limits to make sure everyone around me was "covered" that I forgot to care about me.  I lost myself in the process, I lost the vision I was creating, I lost my purpose, my passion, myself!

It wasn't until a well needed holiday away with my husband, I realized that I need to take more time for me. That the business, my mom and other external worries could wait until I was back on track.

To be honest, in a few weeks of mental reprogramming - I felt like a different person. I created better boundaries, scheduled a better work-life balance, lost 14 pounds, I created a better mental space around myself, my body feels at peace and the business is thriving! It's funny how that all works. Once you focus on the true things that matter - everything else falls into place.

When we stop pushing and RELEASE - that's where the magic unfolds.
