When people hear the words "Mental Health" they automatically assume that there's something wrong with you - it's a shame there are people that think like his. But in my World - I like to shake it up a little!

Mental Wellness is defined as the ability one has to mentally, emotionally, physically & psychologically handle the demands of everyday situations. So in a nutshell - it's our ability to cope with stressful situations!
