It's Mindset Reset Time!

Hello and welcome back — It's always a fun adventure here and of course I love to tell you all about it.

My mom Pancreatic Cancer journey is just beginning and wow, so much to take in. But she is a fighter, and we are ready to this next challenge.  A big thank you to everyone who continues to send messages and support! All the money raised in the podcast is going to buy my mom flowers — she loves her fresh flowers!  She will appreciate that!

 
As children, we are taught to WIN 
As adults, we are told to SUCCEED

BUT…

When do we allow time to care for ourselves?

When do we stop and enjoy the adventure?

When do we take time for you?

We don’t 😕

Not until we are feel like 🥴🤒😷🤮😵‍💫

With my moms recent #pancreaticcancer diagnosis — many things are hitting home.

🔹Don’t hustle through life without enjoy the adventure

🔹Take the vacations and travel

🔹Release things that no longer serve you

🔹EAT THE DAMN CAKE & ICE CREAM

Life is what you make it, but when you say to yourself… 

“When I make it to the top, I’ll enjoy life more when I have time & money” 

YOU’RE FOOLING YOURSELF

“THE TOP” has set of rules & expectations far greater than you can imagine. I know, I’ve been there!
