Health and wellness is something I didn't take serious when I was younger. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition that I started to really invest in my health.
Thank you to everyone for all the amazing tips I learned with caring for my 13-year-old Golden Doodle — Tessa (aka Floof). It was a rough few days with this awful cough, but we all survived. Learn my newest trick in how I get her to take her medicine!
It's amazing how a few vitamins really can “trick” your thyroid and the weight started to drop off. I talk about the importance of having a great relationship with a doctor — it's nice to know that “someone is watching the store” (your body) with you.
