Season 2. This season I'm getting a little more personal and talking about topics that really made me who I am today. Some topics are funny, some topics are raw, honest, and painful. But for the one person out there listening, I'm proud of you because you don't hear this enough!
Empowerment has become a HUGE part of my coaching journey. Through journaling, meditation, and what the universe continues to show me - I am here to help create the new Empowered YOU! Never let anyone dim your light because that is a disserve to current and future you.
I have learned many hard lessons and let others dictate my future - I have only realized this over the past 6 months through shadow work (a powerful meditation exercise). I thank all my coaches who continue to support me on this journey to help me be the better coach for you.
