I know some of these things are not groundbreaking, but they really impacted me in my wellness journey! Here is my list...

  1.  Stop eating after 8pm
  2. Wear blue light glasses
  3. Whoop it up!
  4. No shame in using trekking poles
  5. Shorter natural nail
  6. Drink more water
  7. Self care journal & planner
  8.  Started yoga - Im awful at it 
  9. Wear clothing that makes you feel good 
  10.  Self care is a necessity
