Well this week I spoke to my ladies about Self Image Inventory! Yes, who knew we had to do such a thing. This something I haven't done is a very long time and I surprised me!
Take a self-image inventory
- Make a list of your positive qualities, such as your strengths, skills, talents, achievements, or personality traits.
- Ask your significant other, trusted friends or family members to describe your positive qualities about you.
- These traits will help you recognize and appreciate your value and potential.
