When Your Dad Asks You To Breakfast & You're At The Gym....
Welcome Back Friends 🙌🏻 When your dad calls and says he wants to talk!
So I was at the gym, killing it, sweaty was all hell and my dad calls... I hit it to voicemail and then thought "oh sh*t, there could be something wrong."
I called back and i'm panting like a dog in the 90 degree heat and ask him if he is ok. He said he had a back surgery follow up and want to review the doctors notes with me over breakfast. I told him that I was "at the gym and I'll call him later for the updates."
2 MINUTES LATER.... guess who had the time of her life with her father at a local diner 😀 These moment are becoming fewer as my dad gets older (he is 80) and I want to soak up every moment together. #daddysgirl
