After a long year of taking care of everyone else, it's my turn! I'm so excited to start back on my fitness routine and kick it up a notch during my off season from cycling .
Fitness has always been a struggle for me, until I found something I love - cycling and lifting. It's all about how I can transform my body and push myself to do crazy things.
Now at 45, it's my time to show myself that age is just a number and my physical potential is limitless.
