There are so many ways one can maintain energy but do you know what works best for you?  It's all about exploring new things, failing, and trying something else.

In today's podcast, I talk about:
1) Sleep, Sleeping patterns, Sleeping habits
2) Eating for Energy and Nutrition habits
3) Movement and Exercise

As always, seek medical advice from a professional about your health and wellness needs.  These suggestions are ways that have helped me over the years that I learned through my education, medical monitoring for weight loss, and trial & errors.

I know building confidence is hard - it took years and lots of fails for me to realize that I'm worth it, I'm amazing and I'm valuable.  Because someone dismisses your value does not mean that you are worthless - this could be deflected anger.
